Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management

Provides overall direction and administration in the management and operation of all Langley properties, mechanical plants, equipment, vehicles, and grounds. Plans, organizes, and supervises the Facilities Management staff and constructs and maintains Langley properties through the optimal utilization of all available resources. Works closely with the Vice President of Facilities Management to accomplish department goals and objectives.

  • Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience/training in Commercial construction/maintenance.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years experience in managing property management, marketing and leasing office buildings or Commercial construction/maintenance.

Branch Manager How to Apply

Database Developer How to Apply

Under the direct supervision of the Applications Manager reviews, evaluates, maintains, and implements databases and database applications for LFCU systems while following LFCU established policies and procedures. Identifies data sources, prepares data flow diagrams, creates system/user documentation and writes/modifies code for database access as required. Supports the development and maintenance of SQL Server Databases and database applications as directed. Defines efficient methods of software use, diagnoses database system deficiencies or performance issues in application system function and recommends corrective action to resolve identified system problems. Provides backup for host application system ad-hoc reporting upon request. Develops new interfaces between systems, improves existing interfaces, and identifies interface problems, both within and between applications. Assists as directed in the analysis, definition and coordination of software development and maintenance of application systems supported by outside vendors. Provides recommendations as requested on software technology improvements and to establish internal data retrieval/analysis processes. Troubleshoot system problems, both within and between systems. Learn end-user requirements, and provide appropriate liaison between IT and end-user departments as requested.

  • Qualifications Required:
  • College degree in Information Systems or Business (or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in database programming, design, normalization, queries, implementation and administration using Microsoft SQL Server.

Member Service Representatives (Full-time and Peak-time Tellers) How to Apply

Network/Communications Engineer III How to Apply

Relying on expertise and experience, ensures the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This Analyzes and resolves telecommunications circuit issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and support user needs where required. As required, will provide technical project leadership to manage resources, monitoring progress and oversee implementation of solutions consistent with Information Technology and Business Unit strategies and plans. Ensures the availability of telephony equipment as required for replacement and performs analysis, evaluates and makes recommendations for new telephone equipment. Coordinates the service requests and installation of all data and voice circuits, while monitoring charges from service providers. Will perform a variety of administration tasks pertaining to equipment inventory and departmental documentation. Monitors network related performance metrics as required and reports performance deficiencies in order to ensure internal customers are efficiently utilizing LFCU network resources. Provides technical reporting as required to facilitate decision making with respect to Network and Communications issues. Completes evaluations of new network equipment as necessary. Systems Manager How to Apply

Responsible for the management of LFCU host computer processing, the daily direction of computer room personnel and administrative support for the ULTRADATA financial system application. Supervises, monitors and coordinates the activities of computer operations personnel. Manages the HP/UX computer host processing environment and insures host processing system services are available and consistently on schedule. Provides UNIX system administration for the UNIX-based computers and provides change management for configuration of the Core Host Processing system, including the electronic services of on-line banking, bill payment, and the voice response platforms. Serves as the primary contact to host processing application vendor on application system issues.
